I tried doing a software upgrade through the PC and its now being 2 hours and yet to get it to recognise the phone connected through the itsy bitsy USB cable. The computer is able to view the folders on the phone but the software updater is not able to locate the phone. What is the support mechanism for this phone ? I fully agree with the comments above.
