		<description>I fully agree with the comments above.    This is most stupid phone that I ever used.     I regret very much choosing this stupid phone.  Nokia must have got the software developed by the lowest paid, lowest quality software resources.

I tried doing a software upgrade through the PC and its now being 2 hours and yet to get it to recognise the phone connected through the itsy bitsy USB cable.   The computer is able to view the folders on the phone but the software updater is not able to locate the phone.

What is the support mechanism for this phone ?</description>
