Yes, I agree. I remember about 7 years ago I hired an office in Bangalore and interviewed loads of Indian C++ programmers over a 2 week period.

My god, what the must hopeless bunch. Many were complete jokes and I would not have employed them even if they paid me.

Only one stood out as any good. He never joined, but I kept in touch and he of course is working in Seattle for Microsoft.

The rest, they are probably churning out crap that is likely to need to be rewritten by a local US or UK guy.

//Woman have illogical mind(scientifically proved fact)//

Logic doesn't have anything to do with gender. However I'd like to see some links supporting your scientifically proved fact.

This is very tough question to answer.
We all are same in one thing. We follow the path which seem more correct. For ones assurance that selected path is right, it become his responsibility to prove that others paths are wrong. Unless and until he prove that other are wrong ,he do not feel assured about correctness of path accepted by him. You see everyone wants to prove that they are correct, that their path is correct, their religion is correct.
What i think is that the destination is independent of path. god/life is destination and various religion are various path to understand it. One have to live life fully, way/method does not matter. Method may be different, but goal is same.
I think feeling god within our self is necessary. Feel that supreme power within you. It doesn't matter which way/path you choose to reach that feeling.
..................and of-course, there is no hell. All religions have made these stupid concepts for different reasons. Religion is related with period of life- from birth to death, and not with the period of before or after life. (those people who connect religion before or after life, it is their stupid try to prove that their religion is better than others)

whatever u are said is true. I have also studied some such cases and i found that what they speak is either universally applicable for everyone or there is some psychological fact/reasoning behind it. This is the reason why we feel that they are saying truth up to large extent. and that's why those people who are logically weak believe them much. Woman have illogical mind(scientifically proved fact), so,you can see more number of woman than men believe this kind of things.

Very interesting to see this from the Indian perspective. Blog more about your products and software, I think your readers would be interested to see that.

Agreed with Anuj above, domain expertise will win the day in the services sector.
